Job summary

Casey’s in Iowa is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team, working closely with the Store Manager to train, guide, and engage Team Members and deliver an exceptional guest experience daily.

You’ll manage day-to-day kitchen operations with a sharp focus on food safety, inventory, and prepared foods and beverages, while modeling Casey’s CARES values and partnering to drive productivity, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

• Ability to manage day-to-day kitchen operations and inventory while focusing on food safety.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
