Job summary

Casey in Pella, IA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to drive quality and efficiency. You will train Team Members, manage day-to-day operations in prepared foods and beverages, and ensure food safety and inventory accuracy while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will model Casey’s CARES values and step in to perform Store Team Member duties when needed, supporting growth and profitability across the kitchen area.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision, manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
