Job summary

Casey is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager in Iowa to lead a kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager. You will train and coach Team Members, oversee 5S standards, and drive safe, efficient operations in prepared foods and beverages to enhance guest experiences.

You will manage inventory, address guest concerns, and uphold Casey’s CARES values while taking on Store Team Member duties when needed. This role offers growth and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach to Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
