Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and align with the store leadership team.

You’ll train Team Members, manage daily kitchen operations, and focus on food safety standards and inventory in prepared foods and beverages to drive productivity and profitability. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to oversee all kitchen activities, uphold 5S standards, and resolve guest concerns while modeling Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity,

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence kitchen activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
