Job summary

Casey’s in Missouri is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to ensure top guest experiences. You will train Team Members, manage daily kitchen operations, and drive food safety, inventory control, and prep/dispensed beverage areas for productivity and profitability.

You will coach in a hands-on leadership style, uphold 5S standards, and align with Casey’s CARES values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and managing daily kitchen operations.
• Strong focus on food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to train, guide, and coach team members to deliver guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage kitchen activities to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
