Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the store's kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to drive operations in prepared foods and beverages. You will train, guide, and engage Team Members, ensuring food safety, inventory control, and high-quality guest service.

You’ll model Casey’s CARES values and collaborate across shifts to maintain 5S standards and smooth daily operations, while also performing Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
