Job summary

Casey is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, work closely with the Store Manager, and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and process discipline.

You will train staff, manage kitchen operations, and drive food safety, inventory control, and prepared foods/beverage performance, while embodying Casey’s CARES values and ensuring daily operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and coach for success.
• Manage and influence operational activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
