Casey is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to run daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, inventory control, and exceptional guest service. You will train Team Members, drive profitability, and uphold Casey’s CARES values in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with store leadership, and improving prepared foods and beverage areas while maintaining 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
