You will hire, train, and manage staff, oversee inventory and costs, and collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience training, coaching, and motivating a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
