Job summary

You will lead staff meetings, manage inventory and purchasing, maintain health compliance, and mentor a 15-20 person team while partnering with the GM to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field or 3+ years of Kitchen Management experience.
• Experience training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees.
• Experience in ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High accountability and math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of guest experience and hospitality.
• Lead back-of-house team to maintain brand standards.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and food safety compliance.
• Develop recipes and production standards for menu items.
