Job summary

This role requires strong leadership, staff training, and collaboration with the General Manager to optimize costs while maintaining quality across the menu.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field or at least 3 years of Kitchen Management.
• Experience in training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees.
• Strong communication and math skills; able to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory, food safety, and health code compliance.
