Job summary

Casey is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and partner with the Store Manager to optimize daily operations. You will train team members, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards while driving guest satisfaction.

You'll oversee prepared foods and beverages, maintain 5S and stock levels, and help deliver Casey’s CARES values in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation includes bonus opportunities and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Actively train and guide kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
