Job summary

Casey's General Stores Inc. in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will train and guide Kitchen Team Members, ensure food safety, manage inventory, and support beverages and prepared foods areas for optimal productivity and profitability.

You’ll work under the Store Manager to uphold Casey’s CARES values and model strong leadership. The role includes participating in daily store operations and occasionally performing Team Member

• Strong communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen team members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Manage kitchen operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages under Store Manager supervision.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Oversee inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
