The Store Manager will partner with you to maintain 5S standards, resolve guest concerns, and uphold Casey’s CARES values in daily interactions. Compensation includes a starting wage with quarterly bonuses and robust benefits.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under the Store Manager, manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S and smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
