Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead a kitchen team within our store leadership structure.

You will train, guide, and engage Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience while managing day-to-day kitchen operations, food safety, and inventory. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to optimize prepared foods and beverages, maintain 5S standards, and drive productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to guide and train Kitchen Team Members.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and team collaboration skills.
• Organizational skills for inventory control and standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage Kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Oversee operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to maximize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure accountability for kitchen activities and 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
