Buffalo Wild Wings in New York seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and drive guest satisfaction through efficient kitchen management. You will supervise HOH team members, ensure consistent quality, and partner with front-of-house leaders to deliver smooth service during busy shifts.

The ideal candidate has restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, solid knowledge of health codes and safety procedures, and a passion for coaching and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and supervise HOH team members.
• Oversee the execution and performance of the HOH and provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
