Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and team in the Kitchen Manager role.
• Provide direction and supervision for HOH team members and ensure performance targets are met.
