Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a hands-on kitchen team within our store leadership. You’ll train, guide, and engage Team Members, and collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize prepared foods and dispensed beverages while upholding 5S and guest-experience standards.

You’ll drive inventory control, resolve guest concerns, and model Casey’s CARES values in daily operations. Strong leadership and adaptability are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Under Store Manager, manage activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey's CARES values and perform Team Member duties when needed.
