Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and supervise all HOH team members. You will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment, while delivering legendary guest experiences.

Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management, solid knowledge of labor laws and food safety, and a passion for training and developing your team; Buffalo Wild Wings is an equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

• Oversee Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and supervise HOH team members.
• Direct and monitor kitchen performance to maintain safety and quality.
• Provide training and development for team members.
