Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House, oversee HOH execution and performance, and provide direction for all HOH team members.

You will manage operations to deliver legendary guest experiences, develop your crew through training, and ensure compliance with health codes, safety and service standards while supporting restaurant-wide goals. This role also provides advancement opportunities and a strong training culture.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and supervise HOH team members.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH staff to ensure quality and consistency.
