Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will guide HOH execution, supervise all HOH team members, and ensure efficiency and quality across kitchen activities.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety, plus a passion for training and developing your team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• You will create legendary experiences for guests and team members through the management of the Heart-of-House (HOH) as the Kitchen Manager.
• You will oversee the execution and performance of the HOH and will provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
