Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House (HOH) operations, ensuring efficient kitchen performance and guest satisfaction. You will oversee HOH execution and supervise all HOH team members, driving training, safety, and quality across the kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of restaurant management experience and a strong focus on labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations and oversee HOH execution.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
