Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and supervise HOH team members. You will drive the execution of kitchen performance and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of restaurant management experience, knowledge of labor laws, and a passion for training and developing their team. This role is full-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Heart-of-House (HOH) operations and kitchen performance.
• Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Lead training and development for the team to maintain service standards.
