Casey’s in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team, train and guide Team Members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

You’ll manage daily kitchen operations with a focus on food safety, inventory control, and the prepared foods and beverages areas, while upholding 5S standards and Casey’s CARES values.

This role includes quarterly bonus opportunities and clear pathways for career growth within Casey’s.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Lead operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Maintain 5S standards and daily kitchen activities under Store Manager.
• Oversee inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service with timely updates.
• Demonstrate Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Cover Store Team Member duties when needed.
