Carrabba's Italian Grill in Mason, OH, is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team, oversee prep, inventory, staffing, and ensure every dish meets Carrabba’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (culinary or kitchen management preferred).
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment preferred.
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct the prep staff and monitor food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Prepare kitchen equipment and production areas to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation standards, policies, laws, and inspections.
• Maintain basics: line checks, recipe adherence, and window management.
• Verify all menu items are prepared according to Carrabba’s specifications.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Keep kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Check and balance product inventory from previous day and place orders.
• Set excellent customer service and work examples.
