Salted, a Bronx-based restaurant, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead culinary operations and ensure Salted standards are met across all dishes. The role includes coordinating with the Front of House, maintaining strict sanitation, and driving quality and consistency in production.

You will also oversee scheduling, inventory, financial tasks, and staff development, while promoting transparent teamwork between the kitchen and corporate departments.

Formación

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work and flat-top cooking.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food items to Salted standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver dining experiences.
• Uphold quality and consistency across production processes.
• Implement sanitation protocols and keep kitchen organized per standards.
• Foster communication within kitchen and with corporate departments.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, financials, and other operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff.
