Salted in Orange County, CA is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain Salted’s culinary standards, and collaborate with our Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years kitchen experience.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Solid foundation in knife/prep work and flat-top cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items following Salted standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Front of House teams to ensure quality dining.
• Uphold consistent quality across all food production.
• Implement sanitation protocols and maintain organization to meet standards.
• Foster clear communication within kitchen and with corporate teams.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, finances, and other operational tasks.
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff for Salted excellence.
