• Maintain sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Uphold quality and consistency in all food production processes.
• Implement sanitation protocols and maintain organization to surpass standards.
• Foster communication within the kitchen and with corporate departments.
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, financial management, and other tasks.
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff for Salted culinary excellence.
