Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner per recipes and procedures.

The role emphasizes supervising BOH staff, enforcing policies, maintaining cleanliness and guest safety, and driving food cost and labor efficiency while training and developing team members.

Competenze

• Experience leading Back of House operations and food safety responsibilities.
• Ability to manage inventories, food costs, and labor costs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for coaching and performance reviews.

• Oversee production and preparation of food following recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to meet ticket times and manage Back of House staff performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline for BOH employees.
• Provide feedback to develop key staff and hourly employees during one-on-ones.
• Ensure proper inventory handling, Taste & Temp checks, and food safety procedures.
