Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food following established recipes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Monitor order efficiency by directing productivity and ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop key employees and assist with hiring decisions for BOH roles.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks and oversee inventory control and safe storage of items.
• Control food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs; manage schedules and shift coverage.
• Train BOH staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
