• Providing daily feedback in one-on-ones with staff.
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
• Overseeing proper handling, storage, and maintenance of items.
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures are followed.
• Scheduling back-of-house work hours and tasks.
• Training back-of-house staff on equipment maintenance.
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, hiring back-of-house staff.
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with values.
