Qualifications

• Experience leading back-of-house teams and ensuring consistency with recipes and procedures.
• Ability to enforce employment policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Proven track record in scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
• Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient and effective food item ticket times
• Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety
• Overseeing handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
• Directing work for Back of House employees and scheduling
