• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times for food items.
• Manage Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Assist with development of key staff and hourly employees with daily feedback.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks and oversee inventory and kitchen safety.
