Carrabba's Italian Grill in Michigan is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to run the daily back-of-house operations, ensure quality and consistency, and lead kitchen staff.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, food safety, recipe adherence, inventory, and coordinating with front-of-house; must have at least 3 years of restaurant management; availability to work a flexible schedule; 21+ years of age required.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining preferred.
• Ability to lead back-of-house teams and training.

• Direct the prep staff and ensure food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training of back-of-house employees.
