Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the store's kitchen team, train Team Members, and ensure food safety, inventory control, and smooth daily operations in prepared foods and beverages.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, drive guest satisfaction, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to profitability while modeling Casey’s CARES values.

Compensation includes $18.00 - $20.70 per hour with quarterly bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilités

• Train, guide and engage kitchen Team Members; delegate tasks and coach for success.
• Manage operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities and 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service; keep Store Manager informed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
