Job summary

Golden Corral in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee food production and the back-of-house, following company recipes, procedures and systems to ensure top quality and cleanliness for guests.

You will be part of the restaurant operations management team, responsible for overall operations, including food quality, production, safety and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume casual dining.
• Education/training in business or hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and back‑of‑house operations using company systems, recipes, and standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Manage restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager, including food quality, production, safety and labor.
