Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations and drive sales and profits by enforcing brand policies, ensuring high guest satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. You will direct staff, uphold quality standards, and coordinate training to align with company goals.

You will oversee food preparation, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance, ensuring proper execution of procedures and performance standards

Qualifications

• One to two years previous supervisory experience, preferably in food production.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Must communicate clearly with employees, vendors and guests.
• Must coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Aim to achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and analysis of unit manpower and staff development/training.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and orientation of new hires.
• Attend the University of Perkins and complete coursework.
• Achieve and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Provide support across all restaurant positions as needed.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented safely and to standard.
