You will mentor and schedule staff, oversee training and safety programs, manage cash handling and performance, and participate in the University of Perkins coursework to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in food service preferred.
• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Strong communication with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in planning and analyzing restaurant operations.
• Aim for plan profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit, gift cards, and all payment processes.
• Plan and analyze manpower and development of staff, including managers.
• Support recruitment, training, and new-hire orientation.
• Attend Perkins University coursework and complete related training.
• Ensure ServSafe certification and safe food handling.
• Perform duties across all restaurant positions as needed.
• Monitor food temperatures and proper dish presentation.
• Schedule staff to meet productivity and service standards.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory and ordering for food and non-food items.
• Identify and fix system issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and review payroll, cash, receipts, and expenses; report financials.
• Participate in restaurant and region meetings and present as required.
