Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations and drive planned sales and profits through enforcing company policies and standards. You will guide staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain safety and quality across all kitchen tasks.

You will manage staffing, training, and equipment maintenance while upholding food safety and cleanliness. This role requires strong supervision and multitasking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• One to two years of supervisory experience, preferably in food production.
• Clear communication with employees, vendors and guests.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze restaurant unit manpower and staff development.
• Recruit, train and orient new hires for restaurant staffing.
• Attend university coursework and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented safely and to standards.
