Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, enforce company policies, and drive planned sales and profits while ensuring top guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise and train staff, coordinate scheduling and staffing, and uphold sanitation, safety, and quality standards to deliver homestyle dining experiences that guests return for.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in food production or hospitality.
• Clear communication with employees, vendors and guests.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze restaurant unit manpower including recruitment, training, and new hire orientation.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and presented per standards; monitor food temperatures for safety.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage food costs and payroll.
