Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food production preferred.
• Clear communication with staff, vendors and guests.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Aim for maximum guest satisfaction while achieving profit targets.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training and onboarding.
• Attend trainings and ensure ServSafe certification is maintained.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and presented to standard.
