Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to be the heart of our operations. As the BOH leader, you’ll recruit, train and retain an elite kitchen team while controlling costs to drive location profitability.

You’ll oversee fast-paced, guest-focused service, lead menu rollouts, and ensure safe, sanitary operations. The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/hospitality, strong business sense, and flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Proven experience in kitchen management.
• Strong business acumen.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Head coach of BOH team; hire, train, develop and retain staff.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment for guests and staff.
• Manage food costs, track waste and control kitchen labor.
• Practice safe food-handling procedures.
• Collaborate with management to drive profitability at the location.
