Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a high-performing BOH team in a fast-paced entertainment setting. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and retaining staff while managing food costs, waste, and labor to drive profitability.

You will ensure a safe, sanitary kitchen, lead new menu rollouts, and coach your team to deliver memorable guest experiences across weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Proven experience in kitchen management.
• Strong business acumen.
• 21+ years of age.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
