Job summary

Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the BOH team, hire and train staff, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You will drive cost control and profitability while maintaining a safe, clean kitchen environment.

You will work in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting, lead a diverse team, and manage food costs, labor, and menu rollouts. Expect 50-hour weeks and weekend/nights commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen management and team leadership.
• Ability to manage food costs and labor effectively.

Responsibilities

• Head coach of BOH team: hire, train, develop and retain staff.

• Ensure safe food-handling procedures are followed.
