Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations, hire and train a high-performing team, and maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environment. You will manage food costs and labor while driving profitability across the location.

You will oversee menu rollouts, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead by example in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused setting. Weekend, night, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Proven experience in kitchen management.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

Responsibilities
