Jinya Ramen Bar is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead all back-of-house operations, uphold quality and consistency, and drive operational excellence. You will train and mentor kitchen staff, ensure strict food safety and sanitation, and manage inventory and costs in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on building high-performing teams, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading back-of-house teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and retain a high-performing kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, plating, and quality control.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste to control food costs.
• Maintain BOH equipment, cleanliness, and organization.
