Job summary

JINYA Ramen Bar is seeking a BOH team member to support line cooks and ensure ramen quality and consistency. The role collaborates with Kitchen Managers and the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items following recipes and instructions.
• Follow kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment.
• Follow health and safety policies and restaurant procedures.
• Support Kitchen Manager and team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in meetings and communicate clearly with staff.
• Provide menus and assist guests with special accommodations.
• Represent JINYA values in daily operations.
