Jinya Ramen Bar is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in food preparation. You will lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, uphold stringent food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in quality and cost control.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining brand excellence across all duties.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership in kitchen/BOH roles.
• Strong food safety knowledge and HACCP principles.
• Proven ability to train and lead diverse teams.
