Responsibilities

• Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness while managing labor and food costs.
• Enforces restaurant policies and coaches team members.
• Ensures food safety practices and employment law compliance.
• Mentors and develops team to build a high-performing unit.
• Coaches on safety and hazard communication.
• Performs opening and closing procedures.
• Manages POS operations.
• Responsible for restaurant cash management.
• Monitors inventory to meet shift needs.
• Enforces uniform, grooming, and jewelry standards.
• Follows up on visits and field reports on hospitality and appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
