Texas Roadhouse, Inc. in Ballwin, MO is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner according to established recipes and procedures.

As Kitchen Manager you will supervise production, enforce policies, manage performance, and lead the BOH team to achieve efficient ticket times while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct production to meet ticket times efficiently.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations and coaching.
• Develop key staff with daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and kitchen safety.
• Oversee food handling, storage, and item management.
• Manage food costs, waste tracking, and labor costs.
• Schedule Back of House hours and assign tasks.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications and hiring decisions for BOH staff.
• Create a safe, fun, clean work environment aligned with core values.
